Australian Native Kunzea shrubs are found in the coastal areas of Tasmania and Eastern Australia. The leaves have a robust flavour which is further enhanced in cooking. A unique herb, it has similar qualities to rosemary with aromatics of citrus and eucalypt.
Fantastic addition to game meats and roasts as well as bread baking. Makes a great tea or herbal blend.
