A rare Chinese tea from the Fujian province. Named white tea, due to the silvery white colour of its leaves. This delicate tea is made from tiny buds picked in early spring just before they open. Because it has had very little processing this smooth, floral tea is naturally low in caffeine and high in antioxidants.
