I take my chai masala teabag to my local cafe and they use it to make me a chai!
This is a long story but this is how I came to use your chai tea bags:
I used to drink the sugary powder chai and loved it, never thought I’d change. However, 2 years ago I was diagnosed with duodenum cancer and found I could no longer drink my usual chai. It was too sweet and made me ill. I was in Melbourne visiting my sons and my oldest told Hani, who ran the cafe across the road (lovely Persian lady) how I couldn’t drink chai anymore. Hani made me a free chai using your tea bags and it worked. When I came home she gave me a bag to bring with me and then, when I ran out, I looked you up and you were practically down the road! And that’s why I continue to use your tea bags now!
Store owner replied:
Hi Caroline. I'm so sorry about the cancer I hope treatment goes well. Thankyou for you review but also your email. Have you tried the rooibos chai, caffeine free. If not next time you are in mention my name Kim and I will sort you a sample. All the best.
Wonderful customer service from Kym at Infuse Tea Company. I couldn’t find what I wanted to purchase and she responded promptly and the chai arrived the next day. Can’t be faulted for response time and the chai is great too.
Had to change my chai when I was having chemo last year and my son’s cafe in Melbourne put me onto the Infuse Tea company’s chai. It’s not sweet but I do add honey to it. Very easy to order and arrived really quickly. I now take my teabags with me everywhere!
